I had a fantastic stay at Don Moustache Boutique. the hotel's location is perfect, right in the city center and close to PL Catalunya and La Rambla. the staff, especially Julie at the reception, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. She was not only friendly and welcoming, but also acted as a tour guide and provided great support throughout my stay. the hotel's common room was a nice place to relax, with comfortable sofas, a TV, and complimentary drinks and snacks available 24/7. I also liked the convenient entrance system using a door code instead of key cards. Cons: Couldn't fault 👍🏼.

The staff was super helpful, attentive and always keen to offer suggestions on great places to see and eat. The hostel, which is one of my first, was super clean and for the most part quiet. The common area has a television that shows some American programs in English, which was awesome. The kitchen and bathroom were always clean. Always. I really love that. The place is modern and new and in a great location: City Center. That means it's near everything. For the Americans like myself that might be nervous about riding the subway because it seems unfamiliar, don't be. I took a cab here the first day and regret it because this place is so near public transportation it made no sense. I walked to La Rambla --12 minute walk-- nearly everyday. I walked to Placa Catalunya --7 minute walk-- every single day. The only suggestions I would have is a privacy curtain on the beds to keep the bright lights from shining through when people turn on their lamps. I'm not willling to put this in the "what I didn't like category" because, for the most part, my roomies were very considerate about shining lights. This hostel was amazingly quiet. I love it. I had the bathroom to myself for most of my stay because I showered later than the few women that stayed here. WINNING. Isabel, Javier and the girl who man the front desk are great. Team Bon Moustache.

The staff at Don Moustache Boutique really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We arrived before check-in time and they kindly let us have breakfast while we waited. Maria even allowed us to use the kitchen before it was officially open so we could grab a quick bite before our early flight. The services offered at the hostel were great too, with special events like Sangria Night that we didn't even know about until we saw it on the blackboard. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the separate toilets and baths were a thoughtful touch. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. And to top it off, the hostel provided complimentary coffee, tea, and apples throughout the day. I highly recommend Don Moustache Boutique for its excellent staff, complete services, and comfortable accommodations.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good information about the area and things to do. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a quiet atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained.
One major downside was the unreliable wifi, which was either very slow or not available at all. Additionally, the showers had push taps, which meant that the water only ran for a short time before needing to be pushed again.

Wonderful people, both employees and the travelers I met while staying at Bon Moustache. This hostel really seems to be attracting interesting and friendly people right now. Great location, walkable to everything in the city (Sagrada, Las Ramblas, Park Guell, etc) if you're willing to walk.
No soap for washing hands? Wtf!

As a solo traveler, I loved that Don Moustache had friendly staff who were always willing to help. The hostel's clean and modern interiors provided a cozy atmosphere. The location was convenient and there was a well-equipped kitchen. The hostel offered free luggage storage and printing services. They also provided free fruits and tea/cocoa throughout the day. The hostel was affordable and the beds were comfortable. Lockers were available for free and the code-based system made it hassle-free. Towels were also provided for free.
I felt more than at home at Don Moustache. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of and nothing was too much trouble.

The host were very nice ! We felt like home. The kitchen was well equiped. We could do landry. The decoration is really nice. It is a perfect place to meet new people and just hang out. Well situated
The shower were cold at the begging but the problem was fastly solved. The safe are not easy to open if you go out at night because their is no light to see your code but you can always put the thing you need on your bed.

nice atmosphere
There is no warm shower at all for two days when I stay there. And when I arrive, they couldn't find my booking information, although they still arrange me a place. The price is also a bit higher than what shown from the Booked.net.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice, making my late check-in a breeze. The bed in my bunk was surprisingly comfortable and didn't make a sound. The other guests were respectful during quiet hours. The location was perfect, close to all the important places in the city. The room and bathroom were clean, big, and comfortable. The free Sangria and snacks were a nice touch. The common room was cozy and had a relaxing atmosphere. The entrance system was convenient and hassle-free.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The people there are friendly and helpful.
It would be better if the beds have safe-bars.
